• Registration Process

    • Payment can only be made AFTER your application to the Summer School is accepted, through an invited link with instructions. T
    • There are 30 places available per group across 10 selected schools in Dubai and Beijing, with a maximum of 6 offers per school.
    • Applications will be considered as received on a regular basis, with an aim to make a decision on an offer within 3 working days.
    • We aim to make all offers by Friday 18th April, so there is enough time to apply for a visa.
    • Follow these simple steps to secure your place at the London Summer Camp.

    Step 1: Eligability

    • Age 16-18
    • Have residency in UAE/Beijing?
    • Have NO special medical condition that requires urgent or trained help?
    • You are a student from one of the eligible schools

    Step 2: Complete the Application Form

    Fill out the application form with your details, educational background, and what you want to get out of the summer school.

    Step 3: Offer Acceptance

    Upon a sucessful offer, you will have one week to accept the offer and make a payment.

    Included: Airport transfers in the UK, tuition fees, accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinners, stationary, group T-shirt, excursions, sightseeing and the final Gala dinner.

    Not included: visa fees, flights, travel insurance

    Fees and Refund Policy

    Early Bird Discount by 24th March:

    £3749 + VAT*

    Regular Registration by 14th April:

    £4495 + VAT*

    Once you have made the payment, you will have 14 days to ask for a full refund (minus the £350 to cover transaction fees and admin charge) or a 50% refund thereafter till 31st April.
